CBD is different for everyone. Please start low and go slow until you find your sweet spot.
In line with guidance issued by the Therapeutic Goods Association of Australia in 2020, taking 0.5mg CBD per kilogram of bodyweight is considered a low starting serving. We recommend starting with this serving size, up to a maximum of 6 servings per day.
When measuring your serving, be sure to check the potency of your CBD product as there’s a huge range of strengths available on the market. Our products range from 10mg CBD per ml of oil all the way up to 100mg CBD per ml of oil.
Below are a series of tables that will help you understand how much of each of our products (in millilitres) you should take based on your weight and the recommended 0.5mg of CBD per kg.
